In Vivo Multispectral Photoacoustic Imaging of Gene Expression using Engineered Reporters

Abstract

Recent strategies for in vivo photoacoustic imaging of gene expression are introduced and include inducible tyrosinase reporters, and chromoproteins optimized for photoacoustic imaging using directed evolution approaches.
