Phase 1 clinical experience with BLZ-100 for near-infrared fluorescence guided tumor resection

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

BLZ-100 is an optical contrast agent composed of chlorotoxin and indocyanine green. Clinical trials in multiple tumor types enabled tandem evaluation of BLZ-100 with clinical imaging devices. Safety and imaging data support further clinical development.
