Subtraction Imaging Based on Confocal Microscopy with Array Detection

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

A method based on image subtraction is provided to improve the three-dimensional resolution and SNR in confocal microscopy with array detection. By applying the method we can enhance lateral resolution ~0.256λ and axial resolution ~0.723λ.
