Polarimetric Second Harmonic Generation Microscopy Reveals the Origins of Collagen Nonlinear Chiral Response

Abstract

Origins of chiral nonlinear response of collagen I is studied in flip experiment by polarimetric SHG microscopy. The sign of chiral susceptibility ratio changes due to the fiber 3D rotation upon sample flipping.
