Energy Level Alignment and Engineering of Organic/Organic Heterojunctons

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

The present work shows the breakdown of the traditional concept of vacuum level alignment at organic/organic heterojunctions due to the formation of interface dipole and band bending. Engineering the heterojunction through doping is performed. Article not available.
