Abstract

We evaluated the total hemoglobin concentration and tissue scattering parameter of mice skin during cutaneous two-stage chemical carcinogenesis using our proposed method based on the multispectral diffuse reflectance images acquired at isosbestic wavelengths of hemoglobin.
