Digital holographic inspection systems for industrial applications

Abstract

Digital holographic interferometry has been applied to analyze the industrial products such as a pipe and paint. Multiwavelength digital holography is used to investigate the inner wall of straight pipes. For assessment of drying process of paint films including ink dot, deformation measurement by digital holography has been conducted. The applicability of digital holographic inspection for the industrial products has been demonstrated.
