Abstract

Unlimited depth of focus imaging is available by incoherent Fourier digital holography using a rotational shearing interferometer. However, the image quality obtained by this method is not so high. To improve the image quality, it is important to make the imaging property clear. In this paper, effect of each optical element used in the interferometer on the image quality is investigated by numerical simulation, and appropriate parameters will be determined.
