Abstract

Single pixel imaging is a technique to obtain an image by using a single detector. In this paper, we propose a single pixel imaging with pAIRR (polarized aerial imaging by retro-reflection). pAIRR is a technique of forming an aerial image. By using a pico-projector as a light source, we can form the aerial image of the projection lens of the pico-projector and collect all light with a single pixel detector to reconstruct an image. Since our proposed technique does not use collection lens and is suitable for imaging large-scale objects.
