Abstract

The conventional holographic displays using SLMs require approximately 1 micron pixel pitch and tremendous number of pixels to obtain practical screen size and viewing zone. The horizontal scanning holography employing MEMS-SLMs have been developed to solve the above issue using the time-multiplexing technique. The 360-degree display system, the multi-channel system, and the color display system have been developed.
