Decollimation Amplification Approach for an Improved Reflection Mode Confocal System

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

We demonstrate through simulation that the confocality of a reflection mode confocal system can be improved by amplifying the decollimation degree of the out-of-focus signal. A multiple-pass approach for amplifying the degree of decollimation is proposed.
