Abstract

We have presented the endoscopic optical lens module based on fiber-optic image bundle and obtained ex vivo fluorescence image for the colon tissue of a mouse using a designed optical lens. The optical system consisted of the aspherical lens with a total track length (TTL) of 2.0mm. In order to demonstrate endoscopic fluorescence imaging for the colon cancer, we developed fiber-optic bundle imaging system with the manufactured optical mini-probe.
