Abstract

An innovative approach for trace gas detection is proposed, in which QEPAS technique is combined with a fiber-optic Mach-Zehnder interferometer. For H2O detection, the noise-equivalent absorption coefficient of 1.37 × 10−6𝑐𝑚−1 · W · Hz −1⁄2 is achieved.
