A Two-Dimensional Model to Simulate Front Metallic Electrode of Silicon-Based Solar Cell

Abstract

We propose a two-dimensional numerical model based on finite element method to simulate the front electrode design with considering the full complexity of the electrode, which has been testified by comparing simulation with experiment.
