Optical trapping and measurement of a single cell using capacitive sensors

Abstract

We designed capacitance measurement sensors for analyzing capacitance of a single cell. A capacitance change of a single cell could be measured using the optical trapping in real-time. It can help to detect a little of cancer biomarker’s expression.
