Dynamic Biomolecule Sensing Bead Array Held by Optical Tweezers

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We have developed a platform using optical tweezers to create dynamic arrays of functionalized microbeads in microfluidic channels. The array is then exposed to analyte signaling molecules and washes, and interrogated using fluorescence microscopy.
