Abstract

We discuss several configurations for feedback-driven manipulation of a single fluorescent biomolecule or nanoparticle in solution, including experiments on electrokinetic trapping in three dimensions, and prospects for single-molecule diffusivity measurements by recycling in a nanochannel.
