Abstract

We investigate cell-type-specific mechanisms of cerebrovascular regulation using 2-photon microscopy, throughout mouse cerebral cortex, and selective expression of optogenetic actuator Channelrhodopsin-2 in subtypes of cortical inhibitory neurons.
