Fluorescent intensity of single bio-molecule enhancement by optofluidic resonator

Abstract

Single molecular fluorescence enhancement is investigated via a novel method called optofluidic resonator hollow-core metal-cladding waveguide (ORHCMW). The fluorescence intensity of low-concentration solution has been detected.
