Live Cell Trapping and Rotation for Label-Free Tomography and 3-D Refractive-Index Imaging

Abstract

We used holographic optical tweezers to trap and rotate cells in suspension, while acquired using off-axis interferometric imaging, for obtaining their 3-D refractive-index distribution without labeling.
