Whole body lifetime FRET imaging in transmission and reflectance for the assessment of drug delivery efficacy in small animals

Abstract

We implemented transmission and reflectance wide-field fluorescence lifetime imaging for whole body animal imaging and applied it to assess drug delivery efficacy. Both configurations provided robust and similar in vivo quantification in all organs.
