Pre-treatment breast MRI and diffuse optical spectroscopic tomography can predict complete response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy

Abstract

Analysis of breast DCE-MR and NIR tomography imaging of 17 patients undergoing NAC showed combined pre-TX contrast intensity and HbT were statistically significant in differentiating the patients with versus without complete pathological response (AUC=0.94).
