Abstract

We demonstrate in vivo volumetric optical micro-angiography at ~200 volumes/s by an inter-volume analysis to contrast dynamic cerebral blood flow. Imaging speed, sensitivity and temporal resolution become possible for a direct 4D observation of microcirculations.
