Multiscale optoacoustic measurements of blood oxygen saturation in VIS-NIR wavelength range with the ultrawideband ultrasonic detector: an in vitro study

Abstract

The results of optoacoustic calibration-free measurements of effective optical attenuation of whole blood in vitro at 532-1069 nm wavelengths are presented. The potential of multiscale optoacoustic in vivo measurements of blood oxygen saturation is discussed.
