Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging with Compressive Sensing through Deep Convolutional Neural Network

Abstract

We designed a Convolutional Neural Network to directly reconstruct both intensity and lifetime images from raw compressive time-resolved measurements. It provides better simulated and experimental results with significantly reduced time compared to the traditional workflow.
