Abstract

Elastic-scattering spectroscopy is sensitive to micro-architectural changes at the cellular and sub-cellular levels, which are the biomarkers of disease in histopathology. Optical diagnostic accuracy is superior when multiple structural factors are assessed for spectral classification.
