Improving Localization Accuracy and Contrast Recovery of Lesions in Multimodal Tomographic Breast Imaging

Abstract

Using structural lesion priors can improve contrast recovery in near-infrared diffuse optical tomography. However, high lesion location accuracy is essential for unbiased results. We present a method to determine an accurate lesion prior for reconstruction.
