Frequency-Dependent Radiation Patterns Emitted By THz Plasmons On Cylindrical Metal Wires

Abstract

We report on the emission patterns from THz plasmons propagating along wire waveguides. Experimental results and numerical simulations show frequency-dependent diffraction occurring at the end of the cylindrical waveguide.
