Abstract

Using photoacoustic detection technique, we have investigated two-photon absorption (TPA) effects in oriented single crystals, ZnS (hexagonal), ZnO and SrTiO3, with particular attention to the dependence of TPA on the frequency and polarization of the incident laser beam.
