Abstract

Laser light scattering and its application to the study of sperm motility has been reported1,2 emphasizing the objectivity of the technique and numerous parameters of sperm motility that can be measured in a short time. The present study involves the further simplification of this scattering technique by using an inexpensive home made microprocessor based digital photon correlator and substantiating its potentialities as a tool for investigation.
