Abstract

We have developed a surface light scattering spectrometer completely designed with optical fiber components only. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first demonstration of non-invasive measurement of the surface tension and viscosity of simple liquid/vapor interfaces with the fiber optics based sensor system.
