Quasielastic Light Scattering Study of the Reversible Polymerization of Hydrogen-Bonded Capsules

Abstract

Two calixarene aryl tetraureas covalently linked at their lower rim constitute a bifunctional unit which reversibly form chains of hydrogen-bonded capsules. We determine the association constant between monomers and the chain persistence length.
