Abstract

The morphologies of the perovskite CH3NH3PbI3 were studied under various processing conditions, including the substrate temperatures, the choice of solvents, and the spin-coating speeds. We found that these processing conditions played critical roles for the crystal morphology and the coverage of the perovskite film on a substrate.
