Age-related changes in effective connectivity as revealed by Dynamic Bayesian theory using near-infrared spectroscopy

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

The age-related changes in effective connectivity was analyzed based on dynamic Bayesian inference and graph theory using NIRS in resting-state. Directed interaction, capacity of functional specificity and integration were found to be attenuated with aging.
