An fMRI data analysis strategy for Seafarer's brain functional network study

Abstract

A new strategy of functional connectivity detection is introduced to obtain more accurate brain functional networks using ICA with intrinsic priori information. The seafarers' fMRI data is used to evaluate the effectiveness through nonparametric Wilcoxon tests.
