Portable Surface Plasmon Resonance Biosensor and Its Applications

Abstract

A self-constructed portable SPR biosensor is introduced. It was used to detect shrimp hemocyanin and microcystin. The experiment results show that the device has the application prospect in the field of food safety detection.
