High-resolution Refractive Index Tomography Using Discrete Algebraic Reconstruction Technique

Abstract

We develop a reconstruction algorithm in diffraction tomography, which exploits the prior information about homogeneous and uniform refractive index distributions of samples. The presented algorithm shows high-quality reconstructions of various samples in simulations and experiments.
