A Quantitative Assessment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Grading using Multiphoton Microscopy

Abstract

We use collagen signals of hepatocellular carcinoma to distinguish the tumor grading through multiphoton microscopy. It successfully shows the expression of collagen, and the boxplots of collagen-related changes using the T-test.
