Fast Quantifying Discrepancies Between Brain-wide Neuron Reconstructions

Abstract

Digital Reconstruction of brain-wide neuron contribute to the understanding of how brain works. Without heuristic knowledge, we quantifying discrepancies between neuron reconstructions to get golden standards. Here we report a fast method introducing hashing and binary search strategy to accelerate the quantifying work.
