Titania conjugated phthalocyanine for two-photon photodynamic therapy on cancer cells

Abstract

This paper presents a novel photosensitizer TiO2-Pc with strong two-photon absorption and enhanced fluorescence compared with Pc. The photokilling efficiency of TiO2-Pc excited by two-photon was found significant on cancer cells for the first time.
