Organic Nanodots for Superresolution Optical Imaging

Abstract

Organic nandots exhibit superior brightness and tunable optical properties. This presentation describes the development of small organic nanodots for biological imaging. Stimulated emission depletion (STED) imaging and Superresolution optical flunctuation imaging (SOFI) were demonstrated.
