Abstract
Recently, much attention has been paid on a new type of phase conjugation in BaTiO3 in which two mutually incoherent beams pump each other to generate the respective phase-conjugate reflections. Since the double phase-conjugate mirror was discovered1, several mutually-pumped phase-conjugators have been proposed and demonstrated.2-4 We report here on a configuration for mutually-pumping in which both the PC reflections are seen to undergo regular self-pulsating and moving fringes appear both on the far-field patterns of the reflected outputs.
