Abstract

Application of photorefractive silverless materials (photorefractive crystals Bi12Ti O20), as media for holographic recording is of a considerable interest for researchers since it is possible to use them in real time systems of nondestructive technical control. Higher recording sensitivity of media Bi12Ti O20 which can be compared with the best silverincluding materials type Kodak -649 -F, together with reversibility (practically unlimited number of optical information record and readout cycles) make the given media sufficiently, prospective for various tasks of technical control. The authors represent the results of the application of the given media in the systems of Hybrid Optical Electron Complexes -HOEC, in which input, preliminary processing and output of information are optical, and the final information processing is performed by a computer.
