Lithium Niobate Single Crystals; Growing and Investigating Optical Quality

Abstract

Obtaining the lithium niobate single crystals of 80-85 mm in diameter and up to 110 mm in length of boule cylindrical part having an optical homogeneity to be used in quantum electronics and non-linear optics was the aim of present work.
