Photorefractive response of BTO in near infrared region of spectrum

Abstract

In spite of the large bandgap (of order of 3.3 eV) of the sillenite ecrystals they may exhibit the sensitivity to recording in Near InfraRed (NIR) region of spectrum [1,2].
