Abstract

An all-optic wavelength converter and pulse reshaper is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The device is based on two FBG-SOA-FBG coupled-resonators in Fabry-Perot geometry producing two wavelengths with rise/fall time of a few nanoseconds.
