Abstract
10 G Ethernet packet with maximum frame size of 1518 bytes is synchronized to a global clock with 200 kHz frequency offset based on a time lens. The input 10 Gb/s NRZ signal is converted into an RZ signal with a pulse width of 10 ps at the same time. Error free performance with 2-dB negative penalty for the synchronized packets was achieved.
