Resilient RWA Algorithm Using Path Protection for Data Center Networks (DCNs)

Abstract

We propose a novel approach for resilient WDM data center networks. The A* heuristic algorithm finds a primary lightpath and a backup lightpath and allows resource sharing among backup paths which leads to significant resource savings.
