Joint Modulation/Demodulation Optimization without the Differentiable Channel Model in the Presence of Phase Noise

Abstract

We propose a novel joint modulation and demodulation optimization scheme without the differentiable channel model. Simulations show that our proposed scheme realizes higher phase noise tolerance than the conventional strategies.
