Nonlinear-response neurons using a quantum-dot network for neuromorphic computing

Abstract

This paper describes a neuromorphic-computing architecture using a quantum dot network. In the experiment, we confirmed that the quantum dot network operates as an artificial neuron with a nonlinear response to light intensity.
